Yoga for healing
Counseling helps heal the emotional, mental, and even spiritual self. Yoga does as well, and bonus, it also heals us physically! I am not shy about telling anyone about my love for both of these healing modalities, and I strongly believe that they can work together to help us become whole and healthy beings again after intense suffering. Not all of my clients choose to do physical yoga practice on a mat with me, and that's ok! Yoga is much deeper than the physical practice, and I try to give all my clients access to non-threatening yogic practices such as breathing, mindfulness, and meditation. In an individual yoga asana (physical postures) session with me, I will always tailor the session to resonate with your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual goals.
